What is the final goal for each of M&L's three business functions; Marketing, Localization and Education? We are seeking best customer intimacy to build win-win-win relations through happy customer with good products or services selling and happy end-users with good user experience. We are always on our customer side to think our customer's business from various aspects with providing consistent support to our customer's sales team to sell their products or services in Japan.

To reach Japanese customers effectively, localization is indispensable. But just content translation is not enough. To success in the Japanese market, contextual understanding is required for localization. Japanese customers see the level of localization as your commitment to the Japanese market. Japanese customers may not buy your product or service with poor Japanese web site or sales brochure. To sell your products or services in Japan, marketing activities such as PR, advertising and other sales promotion events are also required. Marketing 's main roles are brand recognition in the market and lead generation for go-to-market. In addition to Localization and Marketing, Education or Product/Service Training is important.
